No. Every client gets their own dedicated AI configuration, trained only on their own properties. Guest conversations are not used to train the underlying AI model, and nothing from your portfolio ever informs another client's system.
No lock-ins. Billing is monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice — your service runs until the end of the paid month and then stops. We don't charge cancellation fees or require minimum commitments. The whole point is you should stay because it works, not because you're contractually stuck.
