NeuroAI-Solutions provides AI-powered voice and messaging support services designed to assist guests staying in short-term rental or Airbnb properties on behalf of property owners and hosts.
Our services provide automated guest communication, including answering calls or messages, responding to common guest enquiries, verifying booking details where required, and escalating issues to a designated human contact when necessary.
Our services are intended to support, not replace, the Client’s responsibility for managing their property. NeuroAI-Solutions does not provide property management, security services, emergency response services, or legal advice.
Our services utilise artificial intelligence and automated systems that operate based on rules, information, and instructions provided by the Client.
The AI does not make independent decisions beyond its configured scope and does not guess, invent, or override access information. Where a situation falls outside defined rules or requires human judgement, the issue is escalated to the Client or their designated contact.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to NeuroAI-Solutions is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, property details, access instructions, booking verification rules, and escalation contact information.
The Client remains solely responsible for their property, guests, and compliance with any applicable laws, platform rules, or insurance requirements.
NeuroAI-Solutions includes defined human escalation pathways for situations that require manual intervention. However, our services do not replace emergency services.
In the event of an emergency, guests are advised to contact local emergency services immediately. NeuroAI-Solutions is not responsible for emergency response, on-site intervention, or outcomes resulting from emergency situations.
While we aim to provide reliable and continuous service, availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party systems, telecommunications networks, internet outages, or force majeure events.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services where necessary.
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as telephony providers, AI platforms, and cloud service providers. NeuroAI-Solutions is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or limitations caused by these third-party services.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. NeuroAI-Solutions acts primarily as a data processor on behalf of Clients, who remain the data controllers for guest data.
By using our services, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide personal data for processing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroAI-Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of bookings, property damage, or guest disputes.
NeuroAI-Solutions is not responsible for guest behaviour, misuse of access information caused by incorrect data supplied by the Client, or outcomes arising from reliance on automated responses.
Our total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the affected service period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, or material breach of these Terms is identified.
Clients may terminate services in accordance with any agreed contractual terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
